I wanted you to know how enormously pleased I was with your service last Sunday when I made an emergency (no heat) call to you.
From the telephone receptionist, whose sense of humor when I suggested to her that the name "Marlboro Cooling" was inappropriate on a 10 degree day (she agreed she'd immediately change the name of the company to "Heating") to your service man, Paul, who tried valiantly to talk me through the problem so that I might avoid the Sunday overtime charge, and who then "braved" my 5 noisy dogs and in good cheer, and great efficiency corrected my problem and gave me heat again, my experience with you was marvelous.
You're lucky in 2006 to have such employees who obviously care for you and your customers, and I thought I'd be remiss if I didn't tell you so.

I am writing to thank you for the outstanding service we have received from Middlesex Cooling, Inc. When our central air conditioning unit stopped working last summer, Paul was a tremendous help. Because my wife was at home recovering from breast cancer surgery at the time, restoring our air conditioning very rapidly was really important to us. Paul was very effective at troubleshooting the problems and worked hard to get us up and running in the shortest time possible!
When we needed service again last week, Paul was right on time, he explained in layman's terms what was needed, and quickly solved the problem.
